About Abrams Realty

Abrams Realty & Development (“ARD”) is a real estate company specializing in ground up and value added retail projects in the greater Delaware Valley region.

Peter Abrams and the ARD leadership team have a long track record for putting together high quality retail and mixed-use centers.  Over the past 22 years, Abrams has worked hard to create and maintain mutually beneficial long-term business relationships that has been a hallmark of his success.  Abrams network of professional partners spans the financial, legal, engineering, brokerage and architectural fields.  This focus on building and maintaining relationships has positioned ARD as a leader in the retail commercial development business in the greater Delaware Valley, and continues to be key factor in a high number of attractive retail development deals being presented to Abrams for his consideration.

ARD takes pride in its accomplishments, and their measurement of success goes well beyond mere short-term profitability.  Our intention is to select only the most valuable retail development projects, measured in terms of location, long-term profitability, and the speed and efficiency in which we can obtain the proper, use, zoning and land development approvals.
