Routine Inspections
All our properties are inspected on a regular basis to ensure that the common areas and tenant suites are being well maintained by our vendors.These regular visits allow us to be proactive in addressing most issues before they become emergencies. Our detailed monthly report keeps you updated on our findings.
Maintenance Coordination
In addition to saving you time and money through our management services, Highland Management provides high quality and timely maintenance on your property. Our preferred vendor relationships will save you time and money as well as ensure that the repairs are done in professional manner. In order to protect your property and ensure that your tenants needs are addressed, our managers are available 24-hours a day, 7 days a week.
Accounting and Financial Reporting
Highland Management provides our property owners with numerous reports including tenant rental payment history, cash flow, check registers, monthly forecast reports, cash journal, property history, and financial statements including monthly variance reports. We also prepare and collect annual CAM reconciliations in accordance with all tenant leases. Our experts prepare the annual business plan and budget preparation.
Leasing
Highland Management can work with your leasing agent of choice or provide leasing service through one of our affiliates.
Rent Collections
Our collection processes are professional but tough and we are very diligent in collecting your rent in a timely manner. We set the expectation early on so that the tenants understand that their rent must be paid on time.
Complete Eviction and Possession Service
We follow proven and standard practices when it comes to collecting rent. However, in the event a tenant can no longer meet his rental obligation, we will handle the eviction process swiftly. Our staff is knowledgeable in state and local Landlord and Tenant laws. If rents are not paid on time, we initiate the legal steps necessary.

Peter C. Abrams & Fred R. Levin
Peter C. Abrams, President. Mr. Abrams brings seventeen years of commercial real estate development experience to the Company. Prior to his career as a developer, Mr. Abrams spent seven years as a certified public accountant in the tax department of Grant Thornton, specializing in the representation of developers and syndicators.
Fred R. Levin, CEO. Mr. Levin has been developing commercial real estate for over fifteen years. Most of the projects he has developed were in fact re-developments of existing commercial property. Prior to 1995, Mr. Levin practiced law in the real estate and corporate fields for eight years with the Philadelphia law firm of White and Williams, representing developers, financial institutions and investors.
Outside of the real estate world, Mr. Levin serves as President of the Wissahickon Skating Club; Board Member of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Anti-Defamation League; on numerous committees for Germantown Academy; and as a member of the Cricket Committee of the Philadelphia Cricket Club.
