A major shopping center in Whitehall Township has changed hands.
The MacArthur Towne Centre, a 151,418-square-foot retail center at 2524-2590 MacArthur Road, has been sold to an affiliate of Elkins Park-based Abrams Realty & Development, commercial real estate broker Holliday Fenoglio Fowler announced Wednesday.
HFF did not disclose the purchase price, but Lehigh County property records show ARD MacArthur LLC bought the 24-acre property for $14.3 million last month.
